Have you ever started using a new piece of software and think “this just gets me!”? That could be because the company is utilizing empathy to provide the best experience for their customers! Empathy is something all organizations harness in order to understand and implement what the customer needs and wants. It doesn’t matter what role you’re in within a company, empathy is important across all levels.

At this event, we'll learn how to better employ empathy to build products that resonate with our audience. We’ll be hearing from mentors in all disciplines: front-line Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Product Development! Also, we’ll explore best practices and common challenges, and use real-world examples to help understand what empathy means at all levels.
